Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Find1 application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Find1. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. We may suspend or terminate any account that we believe belongs to a minor.

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account information up to date.

3. User-Generated Content

Find1 may allow users to create profiles, upload text, share links, exchange messages, and otherwise submit content or information through the Service (“User Content”). You are solely responsible for the User Content you submit, publish, transmit, or make available.

By submitting User Content, you represent that you have the necessary rights to do so and that your content does not violate these Terms, the rights of others, or applicable law.

4. Prohibited Content and Conduct

You may not use Find1 to create, post, share, send, request, promote, or distribute content or engage in conduct that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, exploitative, or objectionable.

Prohibited content and conduct include, without limitation:

• Harassment, bullying, intimidation, stalking, or targeted abuse
• Threats of violence, glorification of violence, or incitement to harm
• Hate speech or content attacking people based on protected characteristics
• Sexual exploitation, coercion, non-consensual sexual content, or predatory behavior
• Pornographic, obscene, or sexually explicit content
• Any content involving minors, including sexualized content, grooming, or exploitation
• Child sexual abuse material or any attempt to solicit, promote, or normalize such material
• Impersonation, fraud, deception, scams, phishing, or misleading conduct
• Spam, mass solicitation, or unauthorized advertising
• Illegal activity or content that facilitates illegal activity
• Content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights
• Attempts to evade moderation, bans, blocks, or safety restrictions
• Any other objectionable, abusive, or unsafe material as determined by Find1

5. Moderation, Reporting, Blocking, and Enforcement

Find1 maintains a zero-tolerance approach toward objectionable content, abusive users, exploitation of minors, and other serious safety violations.

Users may have the ability to report content or accounts and to block other users. We may review reported material and take action including removing content, restricting visibility, suspending features, blocking interactions, or permanently terminating accounts.

We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to monitor activity, investigate misconduct, preserve relevant information, and remove any content or account at our sole discretion, with or without prior notice.

Find1 may act on reports and safety concerns as quickly as reasonably possible. Users who violate these Terms may lose access to the Service immediately.

6. Child Safety

Find1 does not permit minors on the platform and does not tolerate child sexual abuse, exploitation, grooming, or any related content or behavior. Content or activity suggesting exploitation of minors may be removed immediately and may be reported to appropriate authorities, service providers, or safety organizations where required or appropriate.

7. User Safety and Interactions

You are responsible for your interactions with other users. Find1 does not guarantee the identity, intent, honesty, or conduct of any user. Exercise caution, protect your personal information, and discontinue contact with anyone who makes you uncomfortable.

8. Removal and Termination

We may remove content, restrict access, suspend accounts, or permanently terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create risk for users, expose Find1 to legal or reputational harm, or otherwise undermine the safety or operation of the Service.

We may also terminate or limit the Service, in whole or in part, at any time.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also subject to the Privacy Policy below.

10. Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Find1 disclaims warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, or reliability.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Find1 and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunity arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms become effective when posted. Your continued use of the Service after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Safety Information
